So, Cyberpunk had 13m at the end of December 2020, it's release month. From 13m in the first month to 5m across the next 16 months, ouch. The poor launch really killed their legs, the game has been in sales for as little as $5 and they still only sold 5m since that first month. It's actually admirable that they are still working on fixing it and still doing the expansions for it, a lesser developer/publisher would have already cancelled ongoing development to move the Cyberpunk team to their next project, Witcher 4.
Witcher 3 meanwhile was at 30m April 2021, so it sold 10m in a year, very good sales for a game from 2015. Witcher franchise was at 50m April 2021, meaning the franchise has sold 15m in the last year, 10m of which was Witcher 3, and the other 5m split between Witcher 1, Witcher 2, and Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales.
