This is it for the 3DS outside of Japan. We will stop tracking Nintendo's handheld outside of Japan after this week. Oh and will stop tracking the Xbox One in Japan.

I guess Switch shippments by 30 June are about 90 million, which is insane. We'll see in 2 weeks.

But that mean, 10+ million being guaratee for the holiday quarter, 100 million is already confirmed for 2021.

Around 90 million would make sense if our estimates are correct, which of course I hope they are. We will also be getting PS5 shipment figures in a couple weeks as well.

PS5 will cross 10 million and Xbox Series will cross 6 million in the same week most likely. 16 million total sales for these two consoles combined is pretty good at this point imo.

@SKMBlake In order for Nintendo to reach their forecast for this FY, they pretty much have to be over 100M by the end of the year. Specifically, they even have to be several million above the Wii & PS1.

Unless Switch sales are down a decent amount this holiday compared to last year despite a stronger lineup, the Switch should have no problem passing the Wii and PS1 by the end of the year.

Well, I guess the whole "Switch is only up yoy in 2020 because of COVID" theory has been disproven

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

PS5 and XBS sales looking very healthy. Great that Switch can be so dominant but both of the console twins have very healthy sales as well, no systems is faltering.

Switch looking like it'll finish the year around 105 million, which sets it up nicely to easily move into 3rd place all-time by end of 2022.

PS5's weekly sales are getting to close to the Switch's weekly sales in Europe. With how dominant Sony is there, I'm not surprised.

Lifetime Sales Predictions

Switch: 125 million (was 73, then 96, then 113 million)

PS5: 105 million Xbox Series S/X: 60 million

PS4: 122 mil (was 100 then 130 million) Xbox One: 50 mil (was 50 then 55 mil)

3DS: 75.5 mil (was 73, then 77 million)
