I know Canada Day is over, but it's still a good time to bring this up. Who are the best Canadian characters in video games? Unfortunately the only one that comes to mind for me is Bear Hugger from Punch-Out.

I think Trevor Philips from GTA 5 is the best Canadian character.

I've been thinking that but it's a comic based or maybe some fighter character from Virtua Fighter known as Wolf Hawkfield is the good one.

It's just so hard to come up with great Canadian video game characters who weren't originally from another medium.

I'm pretty sure Commander Shepard is Canadian if you pick them as Earthborn.
