Epic Games will publish Remedy’s next two games. This basically confirms the rumor was false that Sony would be buying them. I find this unfortunate, as I think Sony could have built them into one of the top developers in the world. Just beat Control, and I freakin loved it. I now consider Remedy’s story-telling to be one of the best out there. 

Epic will also be publishing the next games from Playdead and The Last Guardian developer (Fumito Ueda’s new company).

Great news.Remedy gets the money to do whatever they want, Epic reaps the profit, and the game (probably) will be released everywhere!

Better than Sony or MS buying them.

When it comes to which evil corporation will buy out 3rd party games to make them exclusive I will always side with the evil corporation that lets me decide what hardware I wanna play on.

Joking aside; this probably means more EGS exclusivity. Not a huge fan of that prospect, personally. Then again, I'm not much of a fan of their games.

Remedy didn't need Sony's help to put out Control. I don't see why they need Sony to become one of the top developers in the world.
