Oxymoron? Isn't it just permanently snowy and cold in Norway? How is that nice (for non-Polar Bears I mean)?

Then you shouldn't complain with that avatar 😉

There is no snow in Oslo now at least. It has been a hot winter. It is cold, but the sun is shining and there is no wind. So the weather is good by norwegian standards.

I had to look up the temp in Oslo, its warmer there than it is where I live, about an hour west of Chicago.

Don't get me started on 3D printers. I work for an invisible braces company. Do you know how much waste is generated from 3D printing? Hey everyone's teeth are straight but the landfills are full of plastic.

I don't understand. Can't that plastic be re-used?

They heat plastic up to stamp it over model of printed teeth.  I've been told that type of plastic isn't recyclable once heated.  Pretty much everything is trash there and nothing is recycled.  Those printed models of teeth end up in trash too.  Only thing not sent to trash is the end product of clear braces.

Gotta get that plastic-eating bacteria on it pronto.

Thank you for this

So glad you guys got a lift out of this!
It did seem like the mood here was getting pretty somber, which is completely understandable, I mean, six months without a Direct? :p

Also, in local good news, my parents were recently able to return to their home, which they had to evacuate due to the bushfires weeks earlier, and found the fire had spared their property. My Mum is also coming up on 7 years clean of cancer.
