Last year week 4 constituted a dip followed by a rebound in week 5, so we might see something similar this year. In 2018 the period from week 5 to 7 was only slightly better than week 4, so if 2020 falls into the 70-75k range for week 5 to 7, that would be fine. *EDIT: In 2019 the Pokémon Let's Go bundle got restocked in week 5, so that caused a temporary bump. This means 60-65k each from week 5 to 7 would be fine in 2020.*

Ring Fit Adventure has shaped up to be a steady contributor to weekly hardware sales, so this bodes well for 2020 and therefore puts 5m+ Switch consoles sold for the year within reach. Of course Nintendo will have to have a couple of big titles ready for the second half of the year to make such a goal easier to achieve, but they haven't been open about what they will have in store.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

Ring Fit is an absolute monster. I wouldn't be surprised if it takes No. 1 next week and a couple more times before AC drops.

TMS already out of the top 10 is disappointing, but not surprising at all.

Switch is up almost 32% in comparison with last year's same week.
but 68k is close to what switch sold last year in week 5. We'll see if the trend of +30% goes on on week 5 2020.
I think it's going to slow down.

Last year Switch had the Pokemon Let's Go bundle restocked in week 5 and 6 which is what caused the bump. Switch won't have that this year so expect it to be flat or down in the coming weeks until Animal Crossing.

Switch comfortably ahead of its 2019 numbers. PS4 waaaaay behind but last year it was benefiting from REMake 2 and Kingdom Hearts 3 releases.

Signature goes here!

Hope it keeps on this level until AC comes. Then definitely it will be better than last year comfortably.

Good to see Ring Fit finally in stock

I think that proves it, Ring Fit is here to stay
