Forums - Sony Discussion - PS5 boot up screen potentially leaked

Like most leaks and rumors coming out around this time take it with a grain of salt.

QR codes takes you to this PS link https://www.playstation.com/en-us/ps5-setup/66577986766178998g1/

There is also google play and app store section in the bottom left which probably is for the QR but im not sure.

I'm doubtful of it's authenticity for several reasons:

  1. The Sony logo is off-center
  2. The console appears to be too small for the rumored specs. It looks to be even smaller than PS4 Pro. Cooling would be a nightmare in a case that size, PS4 Pro already sounds like a jet engine due to the fact that the small case only allows small fans.
  3. How would an unlisted video that the developer made to send to Sony tech support get discovered so quickly, in less than a day? Unlisted videos can't show up in search results or in the channel's video list, the channel owner would have had to leak the link to video somewhere public, and why would he risk that?
  4. The boot-up screen seems really slow for a console with an NVMe SSD.

Intel?

Edit. Also using an old version of the Google play logo.

Confirmed fake.

It's already confirmed fake . It's PS4 orbis OS which is on Linux Virtual OS (like Emulator )

Damn...

Can we please have a leak that's absolutely rock solid for a change? Is that so much to ask?

Can anyone tell me what people get out of this? Does setting up fake videos make them feel amazing?
