Is this worldwide? If so that 1/4 for series X compared to 1/3rd for PS5 is pretty good.

Probably globally in USA only. Xbox doesn't exist outside USA and UK. I was talking about Xbox to some people in France, and they were thinking I was talking about a Live Box or something.

Several million of Xbox consoles were sold in France. I really doubt that the majority of French gamers doesn't know what an Xbox is, even if they decided to get a PlayStation instead.

Most game trailers and ads for multiplatform games also include Xbox.

Did you actually believe what I have said about the Live Box thing ?

What about the 360? did it deserve to sell what it did with the ring of death ?

It actually had games though. It sold in spite of it...people made the choice to rebuy.

Yeah speaking as someone whose first 360 did the Chernobyl thing, I wouldn't have bought another one if it was most systems, the reason I took the plunge again was that it was just so damn good it was worth the risk to me.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Well, they are the most consistent.

With Xbox, their brand took a hit with the X1's dodgy launch and how poorly their PR team handled it. There's hardly and notable games on the system either, sadly.

Nintendo are incredible, but their audience seem to be more casual than anything else. I think the Wii U's poor run showed that.

And the vita didn't show that about Sony too?

Nah that survey is wrong.

Nintendo fans are loyal. They the only crazy enough ones to buy a console for 1st party games only lol. Also look at second hand games market. Even the Wii with some 20million plus sale games, hardly saw them on second hand market. With the other two so many second hand copies of games that come out only a month prior.

Imagine if Sony lost all their 3rd party support to XBOX. How much of that crowd would swing towards XBOX?

Well I doubt the validity of this survey.
I can certainly agree that Playstation have been able to retain its customer base much better than the other 2. But brand loyalty itself Nintendo almost certainly win, just look at the longeivity of their IPs.

I'm a console slut in an open relationship with Nintendo.

They're my first choice as I adore their first party stuff, but I'll sleep around with Xbox and Playstation when they offer games that appeal to me; last gen for example I picked up a 360 to play games like Bioshock and Bayonetta that I was fascinated by but couldn't get on Wii.

You just want a bootycall with PS and Xbox you cheating Nintendo husband.

I typically try to own every console so I don't have any real brand loyalty, I just play the games I want to play on each.

Any stats on Nokia Ngage.
