I know it is buried somewhere in the thread, but I'm not going to search for it lol

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

As the death toll spikes in Italy among the young because the hospitals only have limited staff and resources. For the critically ill among the young they need to be in the hospital and on those ventilators with those ICU nurses and doctors who can give them time. The young will die, many young. Social distance the best you can, your PM has misjudged this.

If the old folk are contained there will be more ventilators for the young. We're further behind other countries because of the testing/isolating we were doing in Jan and Feb. That's why our spike isn't here yet.

It isn't the PM. It's the medical boffins who've been planning this for decades, Boris is just following the science.

I hope so.

No it isn't. The plan is to isolate the weak while the rest of us get it.

I'm not sure where you got "spikes among the young" from, since the most recent breakdown by age is from today and goes as following:

https://www.epicentro.iss.it/coronavirus/bollettino/Infografica_15marzo%20ITA.pdf

which still consistently puts deaths under 60 at 1 - 2% of the total. Besides, if resources were limited, the people with most life-years left would be treated first, as cruel as that sounds, wouldn't they? So that potential issue would proportionately affect younger people less.

I just looked to see if I get to work from home and it appears no, only those who are affected by school closures can, all else must report at normal times.

By the way, should Poland undergoes the same severe lockdown as France or Italy, I'm thinking there's a huge chance Cyberpunk 2077 will get delayed again. Working at home won't be anywhere close to the productivity of office work for most people, let alone crunch time work.

Perhaps it'll release March 2021 with the new consoles...

Anyone got any news on the UK baby that came out the womb with a case of the virus and suspected pneumonia? No updates but google is really being a bitch to me today, things I just looked at hours ago, when searched again they don't show up and searches are days old, I have to go to my history to find the things I want to revisit.

Im at the point where most games and next gen will be delayed. With devs moving to work from home and outsourcing not being possible in China and other countries games wont meet their launch date and companies wont have any events promote their consoles.

It was the mother that had pneumonia AFAIK, and the baby was born with, or got the disease during birth. They are out of danger now.
