Looks like a console launch game.

For now it's only for PS5 and PC/Epic Store. It's a multiplatform games so don't expect high end graphic coming from the developer because the developer only has super small team and work super early , We will see more on first party IP.

This doesn't actually mean much. Even if it was a PS5 exclusive it probably wouldn't look any better because you can clearly they're working with pretty avarage assets which no hardware is magically going to make look good.

Many devs will not have the know how or budget to actually produce games distinctly better then current gen. Essentially we'll be seeing plenty of PS4 quality games with settings on max (which isn't a bad thing), but its not a PC multiplatform vs exclusive thing. It's just about the experience of the team and their ambitions.

Agree, that's basically what i am trying to say. Multiplatform games especially that launched with new next gen console usually developed close to old hardware that close to PS4 instead of next gen due to uncertainty factor.

Just did a quick search and the studio apparently has 75 people, which really isn't that small. I believe Hellblade was developed by a much smaller team.

Godfall is probably a rushed game with a modest budget. That's more significant than the small team excuse.

Given its one of few games launching as a next gen exclusive, it going to be critiqued for not looking very next gen. Maybe they can at least hype that it will be 4K/60 fps.

Yup agree with that,  except that it's still considered small for game like this type. Not saying hellblade is small games but this games scream like Destiny with a lot of assets,  interaction and enemies NPC with a lot of battle mechanic and loot mechanic.

And yes it's 4Kish and 60 fps games that usually done on console launched title.

We really don't know the scale of this game yet, so I wouldn't put the blame on "a lot of assets." More importantly, the assets don't look beyond 8th gen.

I suspect Sony doesn't really have anything big they want to commit for 9th gen exclusivity at launch. So they may use low risks projects to show off they actually have 9th gen exclusives. If Sony was involved with this project from the start, it might look very different.

Very little to see. For a small team not that bad. I'm still not a fan of multiplayer but I would give this a try instead of Destiny.

It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.

We already know the scale of this games . This games already explained to be like Warframes a loot sword  games.  And was targeted at spec at majority PC spec (which is close to PS4 instead of PS5)

PC footage, guaranteed to looks garbage.
