I like the guy but i would like him to do a bit more positive vids in 2020,that is ofcourse a personal preference but 2019 has been negative overload for gamingnews imo. :p

Symptomatic is the sidetracking certain people tend to.
What the logo represents is what gets people excited. Some of the best games this generation and the continuation of the undisputible.
Who the F cares how uncreative a logo is. Simplicity is recorgnized and remembered. Besides the implication, that a creative design would somehow justify peoples excitement. It is still a brand logo!

The sameness of the logo from generation to generation is fitting with the sameness of the consoles themselves. PS5 is a stronger PS4, the logo is the same with a bigger number.

Yep its just the differnce in brand power.
Is like in Automotive product , Mercedes Benz or BMW just shows their symbols and people already know how good the product is. Unlike selling a Hyundai car, Hyundai need to shows the product to the people. A big brand dont need a lot of reveal , just shows that their brand and their simbol people already hype. Playstation is on another level and already recognize world brand and has historical and influential product in human history.
