So i have been re watching Double Fine's vid about joining Xbox and one thing stood out to me that Tim said that they currently have 3 projects planned after Psychonauts 2? Timestamp 1:20 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uR9yKz2C3dY

Not surprised, Double Fine has had multiple projects in development at once for a long time now.

Forza Horizon 5 in Japan or Hong Kong is what I would be really excited about.

Agreed. Japan would be preferable of the two, between the beautiful landscapes, bright neon cities, and the radio station possibilities, but Hong Kong would work too, it has 2/3 of those.

I'll keep track of any important polls here, not generic polls but stuff like prediction polls and whatnot. Anyone has any poll ideas and I'll add them to my list for future use.

Also I'll store our previous GOTY's here too @shikamaru317

Actually want them to do Hong Kong low-key now, everyone will be driving around in 'Free Hong Kong' tagged cars, instant ban in China.

Hong Kong is a very rocky area. There is barely any space to free roam other than in the northern parts of the New Territories. Not really ideal for a Horizon game.

Yeah, I feel like a Hong Kong Horizon game might be pretty much all city, with only a few mountain roads like the road to Victoria Peak. Japan offers the same aesthetic as Hong Kong in terms of cities, but also a much larger variety of rural areas.

That being said, the Horizon games don’t attempt to 1:1 recreate the areas they are based on, Playground takes a lot of creative liberties when designing them, they probably could get around the limitations of real world Hong Kong pretty easily, by just doing a generic China map, with everything from the Gobi Desert to the Himalayan mountains to Guilin, to the coast, with a Hong Kong based city on the coast, all compacted into a single Horizon sized map.

Brad expects $499-$599 for Series X and $299-$349 for Lockhart.

He expects PS5 will be around $399 but says it's a bad assumption based on PS4's launch price.
