Yea. They did.
They both donkeys. Eminem is talkin about decades old shit and the fact that he got Nick Cannon to rap is a L for everybody. Em has baited Nick Cannon and Nick fell for it. The diss track everybody is waitin for Eminem to drop was likely done before he even restarted the beef.
I'm aware of it only because a guy I sub to on youtube ( nolifeshaq ) posted some videos on it. Haven't paid any attention to it whatsoever.

Nick is on diss track #3 and it was terrible. He's using race but it's not working. Saying Eminem wants to be black, but at the same time saying Em is racist. He also dug up an old 90s track of Eminem disrespecting black females. You can smell the desperation. It's sad.
