There's many more clips floating around too. Removing features is one thing, but the basic gameplay is broken. This is an unfinished game and I don't think a patch can fix it.

I love all the new Pokemon and want to enjoy it, but they've fucked these games' development up every way they possibly could have.

With such an intricate and modern battle system bugs are just bound to happen.

I can't be the only one who noted the irony of the Pokemon getting screwed by the bug was a Quagsire, the same Pokemon you use as your avatar.

On topic, this is likely the worst news yet. How rampant is this problem?

Wasn't it a Nintendo guy who famously said "A delayed game is good eventually, a rushed game is bad forever?" Or was that the guy who died from cancer? Guess that would explain this...

Why wouldn't a patch be able to fix this?

Hey at least it adds some challenge to the game.

Nintendo games are well known for being incomplete messes that are usually broken glitchy games.... said no one in 40 years. Let's let the game actually get released before we believe every shitty clickbait crap that pops up.

Considering that the "shitty clickbait crap" "pop[ped] up" from a live-streamer playing the leaked game I don't see any rational reason why we should wait. It's not like Pokemon games haven't had gamebreaking bugs in the past either.

Shigeru Miyamoto said that quote you're referring to.

That's a strange bug, but I'm sure they can fix it with a patch.

So, you know for a fact that hes playing the release version of the game? He is playing the final cartridge release?
