Wow. Calling people who dont like the game idiots, while you stroke your own ego is pathetic. While you think everyone is an idiot, while basically calling yourself a genius. That's hilariously self indulgent.  Somehow, I think it may very well be the other way around, just based on your self praising post.

This is a copypasta.

It flew way over my head. Sorry about the comment. I've never heard of Rick and morty.

Watch it it's fantastic ^^

Seems like we'll have to wait the release for more reviews.
Some people said the game is quite long, it might get some late reviews too.

I will play it, and decide for myself.

This forum has been eventful in understanding many perspectives.

Looking foward to play it. 84 on Metacritic isn't bad at all. The curiosity about this game is really high so I think it will sell very well.

It's a sarcastic post mimicking fans of Rick and Morty.

I'm a fan of the show as well. I haven't run into this contingent of dickish snob fans but it's enough of a pervasive idea around the internet that I have to assume it exists in some small contingent.

Which is exactly why it's disappointing. You've seen everything. I was thinking he was holding back something but apparently not. WYSIWYG. Based on the consensus, the gameplay is not engaging at all. I don't give a shit about narrative anymore if it can't even do something simple like that. I would have just watched a series if all the immersion I will be getting is playing a walking simulator. I'm not saying that just because at it's core it's a walking simulator, it's bad. Even a game like Yume Nikki is 10 times more engaging that what this whole game seems to offer.

So you did make yourself believe it was something it is not, that is not the fault of the marketing surrounding this game.

Also most of what you said is not objective but personal preference.

Sure. Let's keep it at that. I don't have time to argue with something as petty as this. I'm glad the reviews saved me 60 bucks and potentially more since it is telling that this game is running on nothing but Kojima hype. I already started to feel his games slip ever since MGS4. MGS5, I was unsure since Konami being a dick could have been the cause. Now that he's not in Konami and on his own, it's certain that he just wants to make an interactive movie rather than an engaging gameplay with a really good story.

The gaming public are definitely tribal when it comes to certain producers and creators, but there's no defending a game when a review states that it's boring, tedious, not fun and or a slog but give it a 90 or 100. No one is saying that you can't enjoy the story at all or that it can't be the redeeming quality of a game, but games are meant to be interactive so that part of the game should be inviting to some degree...

My biggest gripe with those that are trying to sell this games story over the "dull, tedious gameplay" that some reviewers claim. Why create an atmospheric highly detailed environment if it doesn't matter much what you are able to do within this world? TLoU is a cinematic experience also, but I've never heard people praise the game for being dull, boring or tedious because it's none of those and that factors into it's critical acclaim.

And How many reviews out of many state that?
