Fucking nice, Wolfenstein and a Bleeding Edge beta.

Also, the DLC for those two games.. does that mean the DLC is free for GamePass subscribers? Pretty cool if that's the case but I assumed it would just be the typical discount.

Doesn't sound like it.

Just an info that DLC for GP games is 10% off and that there's new DLC for existing GP games.

One day late but whatever you already knew what was coming:

Before we get to see the new games for February, MS announced the games leaving soon (likely Feb 15th):

Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two
Pumped BMX Pro
RAGE
Shadow of the Tomb Raider
The Jackbox Party Pack 2

_________________________________________

I knew Shadow of the Tomb Raider would likely leave next month which is why I bought the DLC pack during a January sale. I started them and now I only have about 3 DLC tombs left to complete. Easily finishable in 14 days.

I played RAGE 2 every day this week because I thought it would leave GamePass... and now I see I played the wrong game.

Added:

Death's Gambit
Death Squared

Removed:

Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two
Pumped BMX Pro
Rage
Shadow of the Tomb Raider
The Jackbox Party Pack 2

Games that will be removed at the end of the month:

Batman: Arkham Asylum
Batman: Arkham City
Just Cause 4
Rise of the Tomb Raider
Snake Pass

Hoping for a big announcement soon.

Well we know that hospital game releases soon.

I resisted Gamepass for a year or so, because I had a big backlog of games to play. But, I signed up a few months ago when they had the "upgrade for $1" deal. I extended live to 36 months with discounted codes, then paid $1 to upgrade. I ended up with 3 years of Gamepass Ultimate for about $160. At that price, I think it is an amazingly great deal. I am wondering if I'll be able to justify it when I have to pay $15 per month though. Once I play all of the old MS AAA games that I haven't yet played (Gears 5 and The Outlet World's so far), will there be enough there for me to stay subscribed all the time? I'm thinking it might be the kind of thing where I subscribe for 2-4 months per year to play the stuff that came out since my last subscription period.

Anyway, I love it so far. I hope they're able to make the service better and better and grow it to serve many millions of gamers.

If you get enough quests  you can use the rewards to subscribe to gamepass :).

Considering how they hyped the month, there has to be more.

I expect at least one of the Yakuza games (or maybe all of them) but I still hope for a nice surprise (Control, RE2, Sekiro, MK 11, Hitman 2)

I have a few questions about Game Pass if anyone could answer them that would be fantastic!

1. If you subscribe to game pass and can play any game for as long as you are subscribed what would be the point of being able to purchase that game at a cheaper price through gamepass? For example. Lets say Final Fantasy VII remake comes to game pass, you finish the entire game 100% and then move onto something else, so you delete it. But a year later you want to replay it. Could you not just redownload it (for free if you are still subscribed to gamepass) instead of dropping the initial $60?

2. Is there a limit to the amount of games you can download and play on gamepass at once?

3. Why would they remove any games from gamepass?

3. Why would they remove any games from gamepass?

1)They not remove first party, in FFVII you get the option to play it for a time if you want to replay it after the license is done you can't and you have to buy it but the best thing you can do is waiting for a sale while it is on gamepass and then buy it with the extra gamepass dicount.

2) No the limit is your HD size because you can end up downloading 10 TB of games + you can play any game from gamepass when you want it.

3) Because they are timed licenses. But honestly FFVII is 15 bucks, if you play a bit of game pass games you get reward points and you replace your reward points with money. If you are a gamer you should in some time earn enough points to buy FFVII.
