Same for me.

Not interested in it all. Good for people that just play in portable mode I guess. The loss of functionality is a non starter for me personally.

I would have done this as well.

It's something that will happen soon or later, so it's a decent idea. But i like this version better than original Switch, even it kill the "switch to home console " functionality " this version is the perfect handheld. I just wishes they have better batteries up to 5 hours instead 3 hours and let the rumble and motion tracking stay there. But ALAS

Switch Lite still has motion controls, gyroscope is built in. Without it you couldn't play BOTW.

I think it's great. I never got around to getting an original Switch so I can't say for sure, but looking at it from the sidelines, it just looks like such a high maintenance console. So many parts and pieces.

But this Switch Lite is a super simplified version, no extra parts, pieces or cords to keep up with, and that's what I'm all about these days.

Because I'm BARELY holding on to this hobby, guys. I'm pretty much done with console gaming, I just can't justify buying a huge box to hook up to my TV anymore. I know Switch has a "handheld mode", but the system was still just a little too pricey for me. Switch Lite is 100 buck cheaper so that seals the deal for me. I'll definitely buy one.

That's a great news.

Dont like the idea, not interested, wont buy. Portability is the last thing I care about any console. I never even take my 3ds out ot the room. So no, not for me at least. Regular Switch ftw.

It's a great idea but not for me. I already own a Switch and it suits me perfectly but for someone more into handhelds it's fucking awesome.
