OMG I can't wait for the Switch version to drop! I should be getting my backer copy in the mail any day now! I put biased in the poll because obviously I backed it on Kickstarter, but glad to hear you gave it a chance.

It's a shame about it being 720p 30fps, but as long as it runs fine, I'll enjoy it anyway. The game is looking great.

Eh, yeah, that's a bit of a bummer, but as long as it doesn't crash a lot, have game breaking bugs, or run like molasses, I've seen enough to know it's going to be an all time favorite of mine and easily and the best of the batch of that slew of high profile Kickstarter games that started getting backed a few years back.

I mean, when your competition is Yooka-Laylee and Mighty No. 9, I'd hardly call that an accomplishment. But yes.

Well yeah, but after their performance, I need something from Kickstarter to succeed to hold out any hope for the business model. A Hat in Time just isn't enough...

Oh hey there's Shenmue 3! Just kidding, I'm already counting that one out, I've no faith in that thing.

I've been pleased with many of my Kickstarter-supported games so far, Broken Sword 5, Tex Murphy, Dreamfall Chapters and Shantae Half Genie Hero

Oh yeah I forgot about Shantae! Also Shovel Knight obviously. It's still weird though how a lot of really high profile ones have flopped though. I want to see something from Kickstarter really compete with the big names, like Bloodstained would for Castlevania. I'd like to see the platform become a place not just for indie games and unknown developers, but for known visionaries to strike out on their own away from the AAA publishers.

I'm just waiting on the Switch release. Been looking forward to this game for some time now.

About 50% in, and so far it’s very fun and addictive. Just like SOTN was.

It's a good Metroidvania game very much like SoTN and the Castlevania games in that style. I like CTR a lot but given the choice I'd choose Bloodstained. There were a few glitches at launch but a good number of them were patched within 24 hours, at least on PS4.

If you've played SoTN and the original CTR, then whichever of those you prefer is probably a good indication of which "remake" you prefer.

Got 6 something hours on the in game ticker, I'd assume an hour of that is AFK time, while I only have 19% Map completion and 10% quest completion. This is a much bigger undertaking than I expected, not sure how I feel about that. I assumed for some reason or another than it was in the 12 - 20 hour range, coulda sworn some of the reviewers stated it along those lines, maybe the devs gave them a guide or some shit. I'm having fun but doubt I'll finish it without looking up the map.

I think I have about 9 hours in (2 of which are AFK time), with a map completion of close to 50% now. I can't recall my quest completion.  At this pace, I'll definitely hit the 12-20 hour average.

I think I read 8-12 hours for the "bad" ending, and then another half a dozen hours for the good ending. I'm not up that far though, so I don't know how accurate that is.
