Super Neptunia RPG will launch for PC via Steam on June 20, and PlayStation 4 and Switch on June 25 in North America and June 28 in Europe, publisher Idea Factory International announced.

The PlayStation 4 and Switch versions include English and French language support, while the PC version includes English, French, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese language support.

The PC version will also have a 20 percent-off launch week discount, a Deluxe Bundle with a permanent 20 percent-off discount (includes the game and Deluxe Pack), and a Deluxe Pack with a 20 percent-off launch week discount. The Deluxe Pack includes a character art collection, background art collection, rough art collection, two PC wallpapers, five mobile wallpapers, and a soundtrack.

The PlayStation 4 version will have two slightly modified CGs, while the Switch and PC versions will contain all the original CGs. Gameplay for all platforms has not been changed from the original Japanese release.

Wow, all the latest news on Sony with censorship im happy they dont have a monopoly, cause imagine if they did. I know its only small Japanese studios that get censored atm, but i think if they had a monopoly every game would be censored this would be like 90's Nintendo. I think with this censorship and the whole fortnite not wanting open platform multiplayer thing and im pretty sure i read they are not going to put as much into exclusives next gen or something like that. Its almost like sony wants to hand away next gen. This all feels like MS last gen.

"Modified CGs". Well, I won't buy it on PS4 then.

When the PS4 will finally be replaced, I wonder if that kind of Japanese devs will bother with the PS5 and their bullshit policies, or focus on Switch/PC instead. I hope the latter (even though I don't have a Switch yet). If Sony is embarrassed by Japanese games, they shouldn't get them at all.

Anywoo, isn't that weird that they can't launch the game simultaneously on all mentionned platforms ?

It was delayed few moths ago - the console version I mean.

Some speculated it may have been cause of the modifications but the Switch version was unaffected so who knows lol..
