Really curious what general election turnout will be like in November with caronavirus. I think whoever loses will blame the virus and have a pretty good argument. I just wished we had the tech to vote from home (and also the tech to confirm we are US citizens beforehand).

Bandorr talked about a lot of the issues.

Tom Scott goes into some more depth here:

And his previous video about electronic voting and why it's a bad thing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3_0x6oaDmI

Or, like someone in the comments points out: Venezuela, known for rigging elections, is using electronic voting. I wonder why...

This was the video I meant to share!

Vermin Supreme is running for President and if he wins, none of us will ever have to experience gingivitis again and we will all receive a pony.

I'm not at all surprised that Trump failed so hard to calm people down over the coronavirus. He's sent America further into chaos, and said chaos is even spreading like the virus itself.

The only way to improve his presidency is to end it, the sooner the better.

Wow, satire has well and truly been rendered obsolete... I actually find that video quite depressing...

I genuinely don't know what point they're trying to prove in that video. Both perspectives are wholly wrong, as neither end of the spectrum is a reasonable way to handle things. Fearmongering doesn't help and neither does being callous or dismissive of a potentially significant threat. Both are wrong.

Plus, all the Trump stuff was from Fox news and the Obama stuff was, like, MSNBC and CNN? I'd have to go back and look. That might just be more about the 'news' outlets, though.

So, care to enlighten me what they're trying to say here?

Isn't it Fox news for all of it? It's showing the difference in how Fox News treats medical emergencies when a democrat or republican are in office.

ah right, yeah it is. I guess the logos looked marginally different in the Obama segments.

I suppose, now that you mention it, it makes perfect sense that the journalism was atrocious regardless of what side of the debate they were on. It's Fox News after all.

Just to show you how crazy it's been lately, The White House Chief of Staff was replaced 7 days ago and nobody even mentioned it.

Mick Mulvaney is out and Mark Meadows is in.  This marks his 4th Chief of Staff.

Massimus - "Trump already has democrat support."
