Didn't Chick Fil A sell to homosexual people for years before making that statement? Your argument about logic would only work if there was no history of illogical business practices. Acting as though no one would ever undermine their own company's profit margins for a moral position or vendetta is outright ignorant. It is possible that the company is looking for an out; a reason to no longer make games on the platform. And they do not need a logical reason to do that. No company ever has needed a logical reason to do something like that. Suggesting otherwise and attempting to dismiss valid examples of such behavior is a symptom of confirmation bias. Not a good look.

More confirmation bias than looking for "hints" of hate from companies and conspiracy theories on they avoiding to make big profits?

No. But being equal in your wrong still makes you wrong.

Screw you, Capcom. Keep crapping on one of your most loyal customer base...

Most loyal because of? And from what I remember DMC sold more on Playstation platforms.

If going by VGC posts Nintendo userbase is the one that bashes Capcom the most. Is that type of loyalty you are talking about?

Don't change what I said. I said ONE of the most loyal fanbases, not THE MOST loyal (imo, second to Sony). I think that much can be agreed upon.

I bought it three times already. I do admit that I didn't play the Xbox One version as much as I initially intended to. It was my game of the year when it released, though. And I plan to buy it on day one on the Switch.

I used to love DMC and this new one may be great but I just don't have any interest in it. I don't think Dragon's Dogma sales will have any effect on whether or not Switch owners get DMC5 but I hate that Capcom has put a great game in a position to be the target of hate.

Capcom must really take pride on their effort to be hated.

You'd be surprised at how stupid people can be. Companies are run by people and people make mistakes all the time. And Capcom is on a roll with the Switch. I'm actually really surprised at people trying to defend them... It's like trying to defend Nintendo's online... Or Sony's stance on cross-play.

That doesn´t even make sense, using a port of a 6 year old game that didn´t sell all that well (not to mention being a different kind of game) as barometer for a DMC5 port...where´s the logic there???

It would at least make far more sense to release a DMC collection first to test the waters and not a fricking port of Dragons Dogma.

I literally only care about this because I want to see a Devil May Cry x Bayonetta crossover, and I don't mean Liberation.

I can imagine the corny titles now:
Angels Cry Too
Angels v Demons: Worlds War
The Hybrid, The Witch, and the Crossover
Danteyonetta
Bayonte
DMC: Dante Meets Cereza
Devils May Cry, but Witches Don't

And Lastly:
Bayonetta 3: Totally Just About Her and Nothing Else *Featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry Series

Why don’t Buy the game in another platform?

That's completely ignoring the issue.

Why bother?
Switch already got beyonetta which is clearly inspired by devil may cry and plays pretty similar to it.

I am an adult trying to juggle work, gym and Japanese classes at the same time. I have ample time to sit in front of my TV and use my PS4 only about 10 hours per week. The Switch is much more optimal for me, solely due to the portability factor. I have no affiliation to any one company.
