Just wanted to say this.

I started lurking as a 21 year old college student, and am still checking in. 33 Now. Still make this places regular check in.

Went college student to military officer in that timeframe, but one consistent has been checking this place.

To those who work to keep the site going, I just say thank you, and keep up the good work.

Same here!

Thanks to all the regulars (even those that are a pain in the ass at times) for keeping the community going, through good and bad.

Yeah it has been 7 years, more with lurking. Don't know why I keep checking this place, I suppose I am addicted to sales threads as always.

It's great that this site is still up and running. Traffic may be down but not out.

Agreed almost 12 years for me aswell

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

This will be my 11th year on the site. I don't really talk on here as much as I used to but I'm generally on almost every day. It's still my goto for gaming news and there are a lot of people on here that I legitimately care about.

I do disappear from time to time. Most recent disappearance was due to my bout with depression and loss of my dad in the middle of last year. But as long as this site exists, I'll always come back.

Coming up on 11 years! The community is a great one (even those that give us grief from time-to-time help shape it)!

@axumblade Class of '08!

Good to have you here.

Same here. I haven't been active at all times but I've been lurking here since 2007, watching the Wii numbers crawl closer to the Xbox 360 total. IIRC I created my username right after Rol created his back in the day.

It's a pretty special place overall. I've been a part of a lot of online communities and this one has just had a very different feel to it from the start. It's generally more informed about the on-goings of the industry which allows for a deeper level of discussion and in addition to that it feels like a smaller, close-knit community of regulars than most other places. It's strangely supportive as I know a lot of people who have come around these parts have had difficulties in their actual lives. This place is relatively non-judgmental and you can make actual long lasting and close friends more easily than elsewhere. I know this place has gotten me through some of the roughest times in my life.

I lurked from 2007-2009 and then joined and although I don't post much anymore I'm as active as can be in visiting multiple times daily and trying to help with the community behind the scenes.

Thank you to everyone who has made the ride so eventful and welcoming.

I'm class of '08 as well. June will Mark the 11rh year on the site.
