Game of the Year 2020: Ghost of Tsushima, Persona 5 Royal or The Last of Us 2 ?!

Around the Network

Happy for the Last of Us Remastered. Gran Turismo Sport is such a sales failure outside of Europe. Monster Hunter sales are massive to be over 4 million without counting the west.

What are the sales for GTS issue EU?

What does network sales mean? Is that digital downloads or micro transaction earnings? Cause there's no way a free game like Fortnite should be nominated if it is digital downloads, so I have to assume its micro-transaction related, right? Although I guess it could be referring to pre-Battle Royale Fortnite, since that isn't free, but it is vastly less popular than the f2p game.

Assassins Creed was voted best game by users? And in Japan too? Color me surprised.

edit: my bad, I missed the fact that the list was in alphabetical order.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

It was voted one of the 10 best PS4 games released during the listed interval.

List is in alphabetical order so it appears on top.

Ah, I didnt seem to notice that at first. Thanks for correcting me.

Though it's pretty surprising that half that list is western games. I thought they would've prefered Shining Star Labyrinth Force Turbo edition EX XIII-2, but I stand corrected.

Happy to see Trails of Cold Steel ( a persona caliber game) up there.

So minimum of 1M shipments for both Persona 5 and Last of us.
And it could range between 1m -1.99m
MHW minimum of 4m and shipments is between 4M-4.99M
SRW 5 with a Possible shipments for Japan is 250K - 300K and asia with with 200k - 299k
And to think few persons thought 3rd party games will abandon ship and create less games for the PS system.
Very evident that person are a bit clueless because of the media create bubble.

Hold on. So MHW on ps4 has sold over 4m in the Asian region. WTF.
