Gl to him. I quite enjoyed FFXV. Despite all its flaws the game is still better than lots of other stuff that is coming out these days.

Jan 2019 launch? For the company or the game?

Let's see what he brings

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

Company. Still, it's very strange that he was able to do it so quick. Looks like he was planning it for a long time.

Not sure how it works in Japan but here in the UK you can literally register and create a company in a week going by this news Japan seems to have a quick process as well.

Sure, registering the company can be quick but it looks like he did not only registered the company but also has some employees that will start working for him since January. And finding people to do the job isn't as quick as just registering the company.

Good luck, hopefully he will have better luck than the Mega Man creator that went independent.

I'm guessing that some of the Luminous Productions guys came with him. Usually when a studio head bolts, some of the team comes with them.
