The power of swimsuits

kidding :p Monolith Soft's talent deserves these sales and more.

Whether they reach their 20 million for the FY goal or not, the software is really impressive. Tropical Freeze has been able to take advantage of the Switch's popularity and sell at a much better pace than it did on Wii U. I'm kinda surprised 1-2 Switch is still selling enough to get more shipments. First time a Zelda game hit the 10 million mark on one console, which is an incredible acheivement for BotW and the franchise. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 continuing to sell (possibly getting a second wind thanks to the Torna DLC) is a great achievement for Monolith Soft and firmly makes them among the top 3 most valuable developers in Nintendo's internal teams (HAL and Intelligent Systems are the other two as Game Freak is not part of Nintendos internal team but shares the rights of Pokemon, the most valuable property in the world). Hopefully Retro Studios can show something soon to keep pace.

(Also superfluous now that the OP has been updated)

Yeah, i was misconducted by the way they phrased it.

But I really didn't expect the Switch to sell more than. 3 millions this quarter

Don't let anything distract you from the fact that MARIO KART WII sold 40000 this quarter. Like how?

Looking good though, they'll hit 20m.

Awesome numbers all around. Software and hardware. 1-2 switch creeping to 3m! xD
