Icons on the map has disappeared, audio disappeared, life-bar refused to fill up out of combat, adrenaline-bar froze, important characters are stuck in places i can't get to. I think it so weird that it seems i am the only one that has experienced these things

The top two predictions certainly are a story in themselves, one has proven skeptics wrong the other has turned out how skeptics thought.
