Thanks for the votes guys and gals! This was another slow month for the Most Wanted but that is generally the case before e3 hits. This month we have a surprise new number 1 in the chart! Octopath Traveler manages to take Super Smash Bros. out of the top spot by just a few points (it was actually a tie until a late vote came in that gave Octopath the lead).
Another surprise is that there were a lot of debuts in this months Most Wanted. 18 new titles were voted for this month. While most of them aren't newly announced (and some of them have been on the chart on other platforms), it's an impressive feat considering voting was down a bit. The highest of the debuts go to Mega Man X Collection (Switch) at 20 and The Crew 2 (Xbox One) at 21.
For the first time since January, none of the retiring titles managed to reach the top 10. Kingdom Hearts barely squeezed by Mario Tennis Aces to take the #10 spot. Also retiring this month are The Crew 2 (which is also the month of its debut), Super Bomberman R, Wolfenstein II (NS), Vampyr, and Ys VIII (NS).
For the 2nd month in a row, voting is down but the Xbox One is up! Last month it went up 30 points and this month is goes up another 15. With any luck from e3 this year, Microsoft will be back in the hundreds next month! :)
