I wouldn't say no to another Wario Land or Punch Out, and maybe they could even make Kid Icarus Uprising playable. I also think a StarTropics reboot could be interesting

I wouldn't mind another Kid Icarus. Uprising was a decent game that was greatly held back by the 3DS and its lack of a second stick.

Including games not listed here my number one pick would be Eternal Darkness.

Does it have to be a whole IP that's dormant? Or does a particular series within an IP that hasn't had a release in a long time count?

If the latter then Pokemon Stadium for sure! Loved the 2 Stadium games on N64 and I'd love to see them make a comeback.

I wish you had added the Starfox Adventures game, I'd love a sequel to it. I fondly remember the theme of that game.
