Just saw this video by Gaijin Goomba regarding another possible origin of the Triforce:

Of all possible origins, I'd say this is the most likely one, as it's close to home for Nintendo and has many similarities to the lore of the Triforce, three goddesses and Master Sword.

Can't see it because I'm on mobile, but Ocarina of Time pretty much conclusively explains the origin of the Triforce.

Was just going to say this, but I will humor you and check the video out later.  I am big into theories and made quite a few popular ones on Zelda Amino myself

There is no origin because it's fictional lol. Make it what you want it to be.
