So today when I woke up I lost a 1lb I now weigh 203lbs though I had this crazy Idea what if I only ate 2 wheat bread slices and put honey on it and drink the usual to my amazement i didn't gain not 1lb i gained 0. in everyday eating cycle i gain 2lb per meal then having the body burn the fat at night usually when i eat i eat a cheaseburger and soda every morning eat nothing at lunch and eat another cheeseburger at dinner everytime I weigh myself after eating its 2 lbs added but lose those 2 lbs sleeping in burn mode . i do this everday to maintain the same weight but now that the honey got me so full and i weighted myself after I'm excited to lose another lb in my daytime sleep . . what do you guys think and do you think 2 wheat slices of bread and honey is unhealthy ?
