I'm sure this will make a lot of people happy:

The PS5 Exists.

Awesome, my Pro on a 1080p tv becomes slightly more useful.

LTD: PS4 - 125m, Switch - 110m, XBO - 51m

2020: PS4 - 9m, Switch - 22.5m, XBO - 2.5m, PS5 - 4.5m, XBX - 2.8m

"the framerate may change" hmm.. I wonder how that one works out eventually... regardless, excited!

Because this option forces the game to run at 4k (if it supports 4k) rather than 1080p. You'll get the same framerate you would get playing it on a 4k tv.

Basically just a way to get around games that support 4k but don't support super-sampling, that detect your tv is 1080p and so runs the game at 1080p without giving you a choice.

They send emails during a couple of days, not all at once.

For people with trouble following all those frames at once.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

So now even if you only have a 1080p tv, getting the Pro seems like a must.

About time really. Should have been day 1.

We always hear this with any system update for just about every console. Sometimes, things just can't, and won't, be there Day 1. Be happy that it happened at all.
