Forums - Nintendo Discussion - 3DS reaches >5.4m units sold as of 2017 in France, 600k+ hardware sales and 3m software sales for the year.

Nous sommes également le premier vendeur de consoles en France en cumulé avec la 3DS qui fait 507 000 ( that's either a typo or the sales after switch release , given the title of the paragraph, that's more probable - switch didn't overshadowed 3ds ) unités.

( somewhere in the article it's being mentioned that miitopia had an outstanding performance in France! )

4.765m as of 2016 http://www.gameblog.fr/news/66340-ps4-xbox-one-wii-u-3ds-ps-vita-voici-tous-les-chiffres-franc

Means a bit more than 600k units sold in 2017, barely yoy down, which is very impressive given the switch release and what 3ds had last year.

Software sales were down just by 10%,  not surprising going by amazon rankings.

Around the Network

Seriously, can't we just keep it all in one big thread instead of four?

That's a different thread actually, the other one is based on a different article where 3ds  sales tally as of 2017 isn't being cited. ( since it's switch-centric article so the  respective thread here )
