So in the same vein as the Most Wanted Monthly threads, I have been compiling all of the votes from this year into one thread. To be honest, this is mostly going to be just raw data instead of looking formatted as normal. These are the top 100 titles of 2016 (as voted for each month by all of you great people on the site. :)) An interesting fact of the matter is, if you are the single person voting for a title and do it for all 12 months of the year, it can make up to 60 points by just 1 persons vote alone! Well, here is the list of games. 

And if you combine platforms, there are a decent amount of changes to the top 100. 

If you would like for me to give you a point by point breakdown, I can do so but I would prefer for you guys to let me know if this is something you'd like.

Did you mean to say 2017 in your OP? I'm surprised that Persona 5 is that high on the list, considering that it came out in April so it wouldn't have had that much time to be included in the votes. Same with BotW, but to a lesser extent considering just how anticipated that game was here.

Yeah that'll help for clarification purposes xD Thanks. And it's not really a shocker considering how hyped people were for both of those games. Persona 5 was high on the list for quite a while. I might edit the charts at some point to reflect the highest position that the titles have gotten to but that won't be until later this month. 

Your consistency has paid off (also the 1 other person that gave it 5 points gave it the boost to make it ot the top 100).

That Mario towering above all. Also, I'm surprised Red Dead is not in the Top 10 whereas GoW is, I thought people were more excited about the new RDR than GoW. Maybe it's the lack of info about Red Dead?

I'm certain Neir would have been higher if it would have released later on in the year. Also there was an *ahem* push for Knack to be number 1 for a few months (which somehow didn't work xD). 

It's because RDR2 is a split vote. If you look at the 2nd list, if you combine the 2 platforms for RDR2, it jumps past God of War into the top 10. I do think the lack of info and the delay did hurt RDR2 as far as this chart goes, but to be fair, this chart doesn't really mean anything in the grand scheme of sales. :P 

Games released near the beginning of the year gets less points, wonder how BotW would stack up with Mario Odyssey if they had the same time..

Also one of the few people that voted for DQ XI for 3DS :p

Averages over months would be more interesting, I think, but this is still pretty interesting. Quite a few Nintendo titles up there!
