Video games get banned because they do not conform to our rating system.
Our rating system is the way it is... Because law hasn't caught up with technology, that will change in time.

It was never banned, it still got released. We just ended up with an altered version. - But guess what? I got a friend to gift me a copy from the USA and I bought him a game of equal value and got around the entire issue anyway.

And in-fact, once we had a few changes pushed into our rating system... Valve patched the game and removed the censor anyway.

People often use your EXACT same argument where they claim Homosexuality will allow for the legalization of say... Polygamy because there is some "movement happening" on that front.
But guess what? In countries where Polygamy is legal, Same-sex is marriage is often illegal.
And in countries where Same-sex marriage is legal, Polygamy is often illegal.

If you honestly do not understand why your assertion is a logical fallacy and thus false, I am more than happy to educate you on the subject matter as it seems you do not fully understand what a logical fallacy truly is.

Some countries allow it and some countries don't. Australia didn't allow gays until now, so there's proof that rules can change. Gays were considered here as a mental illness and now its acceptable. Watch others push the other mental illnesses to power. Humans evolve and change when they see enough to push it. Sure I might be over acting a little however I have seen a lot change in my lifetime and this is just another small step into a direction we don't want.

Christianity is also responsible for the deaths of millions, the prevention of equal rights and other immoral actions.

Judaism, Christianity and Islam are all based on the same Abrahamic, Middle-Eastern ethos.

In-fact, Judaism was the first of the three religions and is built around the Torah, the Jewish Bible.
Christianity adopted the Torah and relegated that to the Old Testament whilst "tacking on" the New Testament and applying it's own spin, so it could be argued that without Judaism and the Torah you wouldn't have Christianity and the Bible anyway.
Islam takes the Torah/Bibles Old Testament and essentially gives it it's own spin on the events.

I dislike all religions equally, I prefer science, evidence, logic and sound reasoning.
Thus no religion is better or worst than each other... I mean after several thousand years, 4000+ religions/denominations and thousands of "gods" none have even been able to provide evidence to justify their claim of a supernatural deity. Ever.

That is in stark contrast to homosexuals who do exist in the real world and thus should come first before any religion.

I am just glad that same-sex marriage is being legalized one country after another... And that religion is taking a backseat to that.

1) Japan and China thrived once they adopted free market capitalism. A very western idea.

2) The three Abrahamic religions all diverge, and that divergence is where Christianity (the new testament) has given us our most valuable lessons.

3) Sound reasoning, to me, shows that Christian values (modified through modernity) have lead to the highest standards of living and longest life expectancies in human history.

I'm not sure how important marriage being exclusively between a man and a woman is to western civilisation, or even how to measure its importance. This uncertainty was another factor in me voting no.

 Essentially though, I reject the entire legal framework and hate giving the government more power to decide who can do what with whom. It shouldn't even be up to them.
