Forums - Sony Discussion - One Piece: World Seeker announced for PS4

The latest issue of Weekly Jump reveals One Piece: World Seeker, a “dramatic, free-field, and action” One Piece game in development for PlayStation 4 meant to celebrate the franchise’s 20th anniversary.

One Piece: World Seeker is the “unprecedented One Piece game” previously known by the code-name “One Piece Game Dawn.”

This was the big OP game that they were teasing few weeks ago.

Some people are saying its gonna be like a Musou game but I hope not since One Piece Pirate Warriors already exists.

I'm loving OP right now so hopefully it'll be something big :p.

It might still come to Switch in Japan.

Western wise it has a higher chance of being multiplat.

Since this news is from Jump weekly, its gonna be Japan oriented which PS4 will likely get the spotlight.

I didn't realize that there's so many one piece games. I didn't really start watching it until a year or so ago. It's still a good exclusive to get considering that the switch is relatively new and the PS4 likely hasn't peaked yet.

It will probably come to the switch a year later. Switch is slowly getting old one-piece games.

Excited for this. The witcher, or skyrim version of one-piece would be quite interesting.

  • Deadliest mass shooting by an individual in US history (10/01/2017)
  • Deadliest high school shooting in US history (02/14/2018)
  • Deadliest massacre of Jews in US history (10/27/2018)
  • Political assassination attempt of TWO former presidents(and 10+ other people)  (10/23/2018 - and beyond)

Why do I get the feeling its going to be like every other OP game out there? Can't we just have a 2D fighter like FighterZ?
