Forums - Website Topics - A few minor updates...

I'm getting ready to begin the rebuild of our "famed" Game Database, but before going off to tackle this project, I've been able to squeeze in a few additional updates (besides the new VGChartz Buddy enhancement), that I felt I should pass along:

    - Trunks now has his hardware adjustment tool - I'm sure there will be a post here soon about it (if he doesn't bang it up here, before I finish this post!)

    - Spellcheck has been enabled in 'rich text' post replies (SO GET YOUR GRAMMAR STRAIGHT!!!) :)

    - You will be required to select a Forum, before posting any new threads (it used to default to Gaming Discussion before, if you didn't select a Forum)

    - Polls are now limited to ONLY registered users - one vote per logged in user. No more cheating (and all you lurkers out there, come create an account - it's FREE!!!)

That's all for now - getting set to begin my next challenge... GAME DB!!!

Wow, even any one of these updates alone would be great, but you did them all at once?

Thanks, Talon! You're doing some fantastic work here.

Spellcheck indicates that I am misspelling almost everything I write. I am certain the reason for this is that I have my computer operating system set to German. Is there a solution how to make the spellcheck work in English without changing the language of my OS to English?

As a lurker I almost always voted at every poll. Good that I finally signed up so that I still can give my vote.

I have a problem to log in with my cell phone (Samsung S7) who can I ask for help?

Which internet browser are you using? I think it's likely that your browser is responsible for the spellcheck, as that's how it works on Google Chrome. Chrome actually allows your spellcheck language to be different than the browser language.

I wouldn't even know where to start, about getting spellcheck to work in a foreign language - sorry...  :(

...I've been having issues with my cellphone, logging in (and sometimes logging out on my laptop, too). Not exactly sure what the issue is, to be perfectly honest - but at this point, I'm on to other things and won't have time to cycle back to look into this for a bit. There are MANY ways you can report a bug to the people helping run this site - submitting the post you just did, is one of the easiest way to get an issue reported.  :)

I'm POSITIVE somebody will pick up on your issue and get it on to the bug report - I just can't give you a fair estimate as to when I might be able to get around to looking into it. It will get looked into - that much I can promise you. I just don't want to give you faulty expectations as to when.

I've been wanting this since forever. Thank you so much! You're doing a lot of amazing things.

I was able to add English in Chrome for spelling. Thank you very much for your help!
