Talon has just rolled out a new feature, as part of his ongoing work improving the site. This one is just for Supporters for now, because it's their support that helps us bring these things to the site. As promised on the perks list, Gold Supporters have priority access, so Gold supporters will find it added to their accounts already, and we'll roll it out to the other tiers in a couple of days (edit - all supporter tiers now have access to this perk).
The perk introduces a new tab on your VGChartz Buddy that allows you to create a custom list of subscribed threads. We'll be looking to add plenty more new perks as we go along, and of course a bunch of new things for regular users too, including GameDB improvements right at the top of Talon's personal list.

You add threads to your Subscribed tab by click the 'Subscribe' button at the top of the thread you want to Subscribe to, and remove them the same way:
There's technically no limit, but if you add more than 15 threads to your tab then only the 15 threads that were most recently posted in will show up.
