I call them N E S (single letters) and Super Nintendo respectively.

Once I got the Japanese one, I started refering to that one as the Supa Fami and still do, haha

In Japan they call it スーファミ = Suufami as a short term. I use that word when I talk with my family about it. (My son wants a Suufami to play Parodius...)

Letters. Didn't even known people pronounced it as a word until a few years ago.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

N . E . S - letters

SNES as a word (i just think 4 chars or more as letters is retarded, a word flows better for 4 or more chars)

Or Full words Nintendo (or Original Nintendo) and Super Nintendo.

As words. Usually.
Some times I pronounce NES as Enn Eeh Ess.

Haha I'm the EXACT opposite. I pronounce them mainly as letters, but occasionally SNES as a word.

I honestly had no idea anyone read them as words before this thread. Especially SNES....that doesn't even roll off the tongue.
