There is a tiny little difference...

America actually has a constitution in place that would prevent this. You should also know that the legislative branch holds most of the power, and I guarentee they wouldn't give that up to the president. But I guess we should put on our tin foil hats just in case...

Turkey had a constitution that would have prevented this too, but Erdogan changed it.

Because he was able to gather so much support around him, and no one would dare oppose him. Totally different case in America. If Trump even tried, you would see him impeached and forced out of office.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

He doesn't get away with saying anything with the media reporting how many scoops of ice cream he gets....

CNN, giving america it's daily dose of propaganda and spreading the values of progressism everywhere. Go, CNN, Go.

I think Trump fans mentally block out half the stupid shit Trump says so they don't actually realize it until afterwards, but there was a skit on Bill Maher that was simply an Obama impersonator saying stuff verbatim that Trump has said and it's painfully obvious ... no other politican woud be able to say 1/10th of the idiotic things Trump does.

The media is not there to be a lap dog for the president. Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, conversation radio which dominates the air waves were all over president Obama for wearing a tan colored suit one time and putting his feet up on his desk. CNN has no obligation to bend the knee, quite frankly a lot of Republicans deep down know Trump is full of shit and this whole charade is going to be a massive embarrassment long term but they are just keeping quiet.

Fox News would've lost their shit if Obama ever said "no one knew health care was so complicated" or "the White House is a real dump" or "I could shoot someone on 45th street and not lose any support". They would be crying bloody murder.

Trump should stop being a freaking baby and suck it up. Being president is not easy or glamorous like he thought it was going to be and some parts of the press will always be hostile and GUESS WHAT political newbs and kids -- that's how it ALWAYS is for every fucking president. The difference is the other presidents didn't whine like a fucking baby about it every second day.

Most of the people knew what they were getting when they voted for trump. They didn't pick him because he's political correct or lies in a charismatic way. He's doing exactly what people voted for him for. You can bitch on and on about how he talks. No one on the right gives two shits about it. You wil not convince them by complaining about the things the left doesn't like.  The left has been crying rivers over the losing the election and they're trying their damnest to make everyone know their asses are sore over it. You wanna talk about sucking it up. Practice what you preach.

In the us, it's fairly easy to point out. They like anything progressive and shit on anything the right says or do. They tried to win the election for hillary. In europe, bbc and politicians tries to hide the negative effects of letting in refugees and letting them live in those countries. I would have to dig up stuff for each part of europe but I don't have have all night for all that. If you're really interested then try to be objective and dig up stuff.

A.)  The media did not try to win the election for Hillary.  The media made a big deal about emails, Benghazi, etc.

https://www.vox.com/2016/4/15/11410160/hillary-clinton-media-bernie-sanders

This was an older article, but at that time.  Kasich was actually the one with the most positive media.

B.)  About the refugees, I've actually talked to people that have lived in a lot of those countries.  All of them swear that there's no such problem.  For example, one of the big things conservative media likes to push out is "no go zones" in Europe.  I've talked to people who actually live near those "alleged" areas, and they don't exist.

CNN's problem isn't that they are spreading progressivism.  The issue is that they treat politics like a sport:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pS4x8hXQ5c

I'm pretty sure I just shared this video a few posts before.  But it dispells the idea that CNN is a bastion for liberals, and is actually bashed by other liberal media who actually make an effort to point out its flaws...

Besides that, it's not like Trump is the only one who's seen that kind of treatment.  Who can forget that conservative media attacked Obama because he wanted spicy mustard on his hamburger.  Yeah, conservative media really is the bastion of respect.

Keep your head in the sand, then. The media was trying to win the election for her regardless if some of it was negative for ratings. If you look at the amount of positive coverage they gave her in comparison to the negative coverage,  it's obvious they wanted her to win. Did you not see their shit fit the night of the election? CNN, MSNBC, vox, huffpo, bbc, abc, buzzfeed, pbs, nbc went nuts over it because they are just propaganda outlets for the left.

This is the Rights mentality. "Trump is guilty, who cares?"

This is a man that openly said that he loves the uneducated. This is sickening, and most of the world don't like him, and there is a good reason for that. Not even his wife likes to hold his hand. lol

Let's see what vox was saying during the night of the election.

Several articles about the facts of Trump's policies.  An article about how it isn't the apacolypse.  Oh yeah.  Just nutty propaganda.

MSNBC.

So much liberal propaganda.

Huffington post does have some articles that are a bit over the top.  I don't really want to go through all the others, but 2 out of your first 4 don't seem to be all that good examples.  And like I said about CNN.  They are treating politics like a sport.  They are making everything a big deal, even when it's not.

A lot of people went nuts about it, because it was such a huge surprise.

"President Trump has suffered the most unfavorable press coverage of any president on record, according to a report from the Shorenstein Center at Harvard."

"Negative reports outpaced positive ones by 80 percent to 20 percent. Trump’s coverage was unsparing. In no week did the coverage drop below 70 percent negative and it reached 90 percent negative at its peak"

Well... CNN doesn't constantly try to justify all bad things that Trump does, and neither do your, so you must work for them.
