You're a braver man than I. I played on I'm Too Young To Die and while most of the game was fine, the Khan Maykr and some of the last mob encounters of the final level really pushed me to my limits. Funnily enough, the final boss, while incredibly awesome and fun, didn't give me too much trouble and I beat him first try.

The final boss isn't too bad, yeah. The game likes to put a lot of Carcasses for some reason in the second to last arena, where you have to tear the final boss' armor, so it felt a little annoying sometimes. The real struggle came in the previous encounters, there was a point where the game puts you with two Cyber-Mancubi and a Marauder, and that was puuuure rage. Really fun.

I came so close to dying in that fight, I spent a good part of it running away from the Marauder on low health with no extra lives left, looking for fodder enemies to get health from, and my last BFG shot having my arse against the cyber manubi. When I finally beat it though, the rush was awesome.

I think it'd be amazing if they ported Ocarina of Time 3D and Majora's Mask 3D to the Switch, I'd love to play those games on the big screen at a decent framerate (the original N64 versions run at like 20 fps ).

Think the third quarter results should be out over the next two weeks

Hopefully a series of game announcements or a Direct follow suit. Dying to know what Nintendo has in store.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Well, Immortals Fenyx Rising is actually pretty good, despite taking a noticeable graphical hit on Switch as you'd expect. I struggled with the controls at first until I realized they were customizable and set attack to Y instead of right trigger. (Seriously, who sets trigger as your main attack in a melee action adventure game?)

It's no BOTW, but it's an enjoyable enough diversion while I wait for Monster Hunter. I swear that game is all I'll need for March to June haha.

I've been re-watching the Donkey Kong Country cartoon from the 90s. The animation has aged horribly, Candy Kong is a bitch for no reason, stuff taken from the games is sparse, but the real reason to actually watch the show is seeing King K. Rool chew the scenery wherever he goes.

He could make your average Disney villain blush. XD

I loved the Donkey Kong Country games as a kid, but this show was just... no. It was only amusing to watch in a trainwreck kind of way to see how bad and awkward the 3D animation was. Nintendo's never really managed to get TV series down right, except for Kirby, which I always hear from people is pretty good, but can't confirm myself.

Also, sorry for the lack of activity in the chart posting, took a break from the site for a few weeks.

That's a no from me regarding the poll.
Bowser's Fury does look kinda cool, but I refuse to support Nintendo repackaging old games on Switch, they rely way too much on this and as a result the system is lacking in terms of quality original content.

Bowsers Fury look way bigger than I thought it would be. Getting it day 1 for sure.
