Got a lil toooo geeked when those Metroid sound effects started playing lol. Who knows when 4 comes out but I'd gladly take a Prime 3 remaster (w/regular & perfected motion controls) in the meantime.

Well, Nintendo done it! I was wishing for Metroid Prime 4.

bit of lame that nothing was shown but yeah, Metroid Prime 4 is Metroid Prime 4, and that makes it the best announcement of the whole E3 :)

So it said 'now in development' wich leads me to believe that they have been working on it for less than a year (they probably started development on it shortly after that desatrous Metroid Prime FF reveal at E3 last year).
The fact that we didn't get any footage also sort of confirms that it's very early days.

My question in all this is: WTF has Retro been working on all this time? They finished DKC TP in late 2013. That's almost four years!

My boner has just reached new heights and widths and lengths never seen before on a CRT TV!

And now Nintendo has finally won an E3 since 2006. Also the 2D metroid is the icing on the cake for 3DS. About Goddamn time.
