Appointed by Obama .... and a Republican Senate.

Execpt that he's not investigating trump nor would this stop any ongoing investigations. I find it funny how before the election the media talking heads were all in agreement to remove Comey from office once Clinton won because of how he so awfully botched the investigations into her email server. Now those same people are up in arms over a practice that has been done multiple times by Presidents. 

Frankly the establishment of both parties, the political career folks throughout Washington are to blame as much as the elected empty suits for the god awful state this nation finds itself in. Too busy trying to police the world, too busy trying to influence other world governments, too eager to chicken hawk ourselves into a war without any intention of actually winning-rather wagging the tail and now willing to halt economic development around the world under the guise of climate change. He said he will drain the swamp and like it or not ( I obviously like it) that means removing those in Washington that have spent their entire careers simply pushing the established doctrine from the elites in both parties. 

Yeah, he is pretty much doing the exact opposite of that, I guarantee Trump is going to put someone in this new FBI Driectors position who will be yet another Yes Man with corporate ties to Wall street and another investor in his company.
I mean who has he really appointed that hasn't been apart of any large lobbying group.

The swamp is Washington. I don't look at people who've made their careers outside Washignton as the enemy. You're assuming his intentions, I am looking at his actions. Like the life time and five year ban on lobbying as a means to fruther remove the culture of the swamp in Washington. Right now we're seeing the most disgusting level of politics being played by an establishment pn both sides who is scared at what he will accomplish. 

Still people defending everything Trump does just because they don't want to accept that the guy they voted for can do some bullshit as well.

I mean, he fires everyone investigating him. The US EPA is slowly changing to a "pro pollution" institute and hundreds of other things which seem pretty odd.

But hey, Trump is so awesome!

More like obama chose him and forced the senate to appoint him. Trump can fire him though.

Yeah Obama did not "force" the Senate to appoint Comey, it was pretty much the only thing both sides agreed on when he was appointed or were you not there when this happened. I mean he served under Bush as a Deputy Attorney General, and was a part of the Republican Party until last year ....

I didn't bother to look up because it doesn't matter in all honesty. He's fired. I don't know the reasons why he was fired but I think he's a little too political or likely to get in the headlines for a FBI director.
