Forums - Gaming Discussion - Love Final Fantasy XV, hate it, or whether you're indifferent, there is something I think we can all agree on.

depends if it is like skyrim it just means there is more to do and there will a higher chance of a difference experience when you play the game a second time...

Nah it is JRPG, honestly it is shallow if you compare to the likes of Witcher and Skyrim. The world is busting with monsters, but in terms of different play styles, you need to go back to WRPG for that.

XCX's massive world was lame and uninteresting though outside of aesthetics, so I'll take a smaller map gleefully.

Just Cause 3 is bigger and the conditions you put for XCX to be the biggest is just too narrow and you're trying to win it a vague contest too hard.

Also if you can compare two games for entirely different approaches remember FFXV looks a lot better than XCX. It has also got a real time combat system.

The answer right there, no villages, real encounters, etc. in the map.

Well, seems that we can't all agree on the OP premise. Might I suggest that we all agree on Just Cause 3 having the biggest non-procedure generated map so far, instead?

What are you on about XCX is real time combat as well.

To be fair, doubt either side has played both from the sounds of it, because both are come off really shallow when it comes to the world if you expect something different.

Yeah sounds like it, I just completed XV few hours ago, both games go for different approaches.

Gta Saandreas has an infinite world...

I haven't started FF XV yet, but there are things in XBX that just can't be beaten, I see nothing wrong with a smaller map though if it's still interesting
Another thing, Xeno & FF are 2 different franchises and both can co exist, just like Elder scroll & witcher, each has it's strong points, I will also add Dragon quest cos it still lives up to it's name
