I'm gonna leave this as wide open as I can to see what we come up with. This could be anyone you view as a protagonist or antagonist in a video game. It does NOT have to be a main protagonist or antagonist, hell, you could put down that eel in Super Mario 64 (shout out to Arlo), but what are your 5 all time favorite characters both good and bad!

For protagonists, I'll put Samus Aran, Phoenix Wright, Amaterasu, Lucina, and OG Dante

For antagonists, I'll go Vergil (DMC3), Ganondorf, Glados, the Boss (MGS3), and Nemesis (RE3)
