Their are some games that are more expensive on the CAD store but usually only when they're not on sale, in my experience when there's a sale on in USA/CAD almost all the games on sale are usually cheaper on the Candian store.

You loose money because game prices do not directly relate to the cards. For example, Until Dawn is currently 24,99€ but you can only buy a 25€ card. Yes, you only loose 1 ct but still.

Yeah the cards are locked, he doesn't live in the US, but he created a US account for cheaper prices and buys US PSN cards online.

Probably the worst decision you made this year when za Pro is coming out in 2 weeks.

Yeah maybe no BF1 and a 2nd controller but for 100 dorraz I'd rather get 2 duct taped PS4s IMO

Graphic/performance comparisons soon are gonna make u wish u waited a bit...
