Good. People need to realize that peace won't solve everything. Child molesters are scumbags and deserve to lose their freedom.

I'm glad places such as Indonesia and India are finally doing something about these issues. The other day I saw a mob from India kill a convicted rapist who was in jail. It's obvious that they want change, and they're making the right steps to it.

I like both the tracking device and the chemical castration ( whatever that is).

It's what the British Government did to Alan Turing, following the public revelation that he was homosexual.  They forced him to take drugs that basically rendered his testicles useless.  The problem is, as any psychologist/criminologist will tell you.  Castration doesn't prevent the urges from occurring.

And while in theory, the microchip may sound like a good idea, it'll be susceptible to hacking and shielding (shielding as in preventing it from transmitting/receiving etc...)

Sounds terrible for the wrongly convicted.

Yes, if you think the people can control their behavior then why are they being let out?

Or if they can, they why are they implanting devices.

Plus, what about those wrongly convicted?

This sounds like yet another short sighted vigilante group decision that is going to lead to many human rights violations and a big mess.

It’s a terrible idea.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

According to bible prophecy, everyone will eventually have micro chips or mark of the beast.

So, we don't know, is what you're saying ;)
