Seriously, though, are either of them actually going to go back to $349 (I assume MS will follow suit anytime now)? Didn't they see what dropping the price like this can do after the holidays? 

I've got to laugh at GAF sometimes. For all the posturing about how representative and intelligent they are, they sometimes completely miss the point. Lots of people are now saying the Star Wars Bundle should have been the Black Friday Bundle and not Nathan Drake. Yeah, because Sony wouldn't want to promote their biggest franchise and get people hooked on the multiplayer ... And it doesn't make sense to promote the Star Wars Bundle around the time the film releases ...

Not only that, but they have to pay EA for every copy of Battlefront in those bundles. This way they got to sell a ton of cheaper (for them) bundles for Black Friday and still capitalize on the Star Wars hype. 

Seems like a no brainer to me.

As long as birthdays are being celebrated, we will forever have consistent sales throughout the year.

And to continue the GAF stupidity, the force awakens  which after a month will be a billion dollar movie, comes out in December! The amount of Parents that will get that cause their kid is now high on star wars.

Yes, I added that just after it was quoted. Too many people think like fans and don't consider things from a business perspective.

Ms will likely follow suit soon, smart move by Sony
