Playing RotTR now and I am just amazed by how good it is. And it keeps getting better!  The sense of scope, the progression, the exploration, the puzzles. I love it!  Now Uncharted 4 will sell much more. It will definitely have funnier moments.  Better graphics, too.  I don't think it will be able to beat Tomb Raider when it comes to level design, gun play, puzzles, and scope.

 

So there. I said it.  I predict that when Uncharted 4 releases, it will be reviewed less favorably than RotTR.  We'll see in a few months....

Yeah, based on my opinion. Can't really prove it. So I guess we'll use Metacritic. Some of us will love TR more. Some will love U4 more. I think most people who play both will prefer TR unless Uncharted makes some drastic changes to its formula.

But that's not really a prediction, as we'll have no way to measure its success other than your words, considering it's a matter of personal opinion

To be honest I belive the contrary. Even if UC4 won't turn out to be as good as TRR it will still get better reviews.

Naughty dog doing UC4 after masterpiece Last of US, so it will be mostly top quality game like that. Its impossible for ND to screw up and it will be better than Tomb raider. Also you are comparing two different games because UC gameplay and level design, puzzles etc., will be a lot different like Hollywood action movie with realistic and complicated effects unlike Tomb raider semi open world. Did you see UC4 two demos for gameplay ? compare that to Tomb raider and you willl understand that both are different. Also UC4 has multiplayer as extra mode and logevity unlike Tomb raider.



GAMING is not about spending hours to pass/waste our time just for fun,

its a Feeling/Experience about a VIRTUAL WORLD we can never be in real, and realizing some of our dreams (also creating new ones).

So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.

PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.

Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.

Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.

I think this too. For what I heard this TR is better than the previous one, so pretty damn good. But even if is better than Uncharted, the later will score better anyways.

I think Uncharted 4 is gonna be better though.
