I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

I beat the level that is up there now.

I would like to take this opportunity to voice my opinion that Hammer Bros should not be used in situations that combine necessary platforming skill. Due to their unpredictable nature, there are instances that arise where if they, for example, throw 1 hammer you are fine, but if they throw three, you are dead. There is nothing the player can do about that and creates situations that can't be overcome by practice and skill, but by "winning the hammer bros lottery"

Just my 2 cents though

I will start working on a very challenging level now

holy crap, you beat my level?? really? thats awesome.

i completely agree with what you said about the hammer bros. that was a mistake on my part. i shouldnt have put so many of them there. because once you get there, it is less about skill and more about winning the hammer bros lottery. besides that part, what did you think about the level?

ill be taking on your challenging level!

I liked it.  Frequently people make levels where you have to just time your jumps properly, but you end up just holding run and to the right and tapping the jump button as needed.  Not exeactly compelling.  However, you had some areas where you had to delay your runs in order to clear or avoid obstacles  which made the challeneg much more interresting. The very end wasn't too tough though that can be good with something that is front and middle loaded with the difficulty.

the very end was supposed to be a break actually haha. its like that on purpose. there are some obstacles there though, you have to delay your jumps to get over the spinies and you have to delay the jumps a bit because of the fireballs, but overall, the idea is to just run and jump. i figure if you make it that far, you deserve a little bit of a reprieve, and its kind of like really showy, which is what i was going for. yes, the end is very easy, but it looks cool and everything leading up to it was horrible and shitty. 

i have other levels that i have made. im making a SMB ghost house that is a giant maze. its decently easy if you know where to go, but finiding the right places to go is.. just brutal. haha. thats what im currently working on. i like making hard levels.
