You can play literally every main series Ratchet game on PS3. That's ten games for you right there, and that's definitely a series I wholeheartedly recommend. The whole series should run you no more than $120 total too, so it's a steal if you accept some minor bugs on the PS2 ports. Those plus the obvious Uncharteds, throw in inFamous 1 and 2, Ni No kuni, etc. And you've got a good time

If you have a 3D tv or a decent home cinema surround system the ps3 is king of the last generation with lots of support for those including 7.1 support. Quite a lot of 1080p games to, more so than 360.

Online gaming is free too on ps3 which is good although many older games have discontinued online support annoyingly.

Well I was told to start with the LBP games so I grabbed the first one. I also am playing older PS1 games on it and fell in love with Parasite Eve once again. I like the smoothing options for it. It looks better than it did even with a S Video cable. Can anyone tell me if the PS3 can use a 7200 rpm hdd? I read that it has trouble if its not 5400. Is that true?
